  1. Sugar-Free for Two Decades
    He stopped consuming sugar and sugar-based products 20 years ago, which has helped him maintain a healthy weight and improve overall well-being.

  2. Strictly Vegetarian
    He has been a lifelong vegetarian, never consuming non-vegetarian food, eggs, or meat products.

  3. Avoided Tea for 30 Years
    He stopped drinking tea three decades ago and experienced significant health benefits from this change.

  4. Consistent Healthy Routine
    For over 20 years, he has followed a disciplined, natural lifestyle to sustain physical and mental health.

  5. Daily Long Walks
    Long daily walks are a key part of his routine, which he credits for managing and preventing chronic diseases.

  6. Focus on Organic Foods
    He emphasizes eating organic foods, particularly fresh fruits, vegetables, and raw items, to stay healthy.

  7. Inspired by Naturopathy
    He has gained valuable insights from reading naturopathy books and applies these learnings in his daily life.

  8. Opposition to Unhealthy Eating
    He discourages eating non-vegetarian food, fast food, junk food, and processed confectionery.

  9. Salt-Free Diet Experiment
    He eliminated salt from his diet for four months (December 24, 2017, to April 24, 2018), observing positive health effects.

  10. Raw Food Challenge
    For 60 days (February 21, 2018, to April 21, 2018), he consumed only raw fruits, vegetables, milk, and sprouts without cooking.

  11. Avoids Refined Oil
    His meals are prepared without refined oil, opting for healthier cooking alternatives.

  12. Regular Exercise
    Physical activity is an integral part of his daily routine, contributing to his physical fitness.

  13. Against Addictions
    He strongly opposes all forms of addiction, viewing them as harmful to mental and physical health.

    Since January 23, 2023, he has completely avoided foods made with refined oil, including food served at gatherings and events.


His Fasting Experiments

  1. Raw Food Fast
    He ate raw foods like fruits, vegetables, raw milk, and sprouts for 60 continuous days from February 21, 2018, to April 21, 2018. He  has shared its great results for my health, you can read at here

  2. Water Fast

    • In 2013, he completed a 7-day water-only fast.
    • In 2020, he fasted on water for 8 days (March 20 to March 28) and ended the fast on March 29 at noon.
  3. Milk-Free Fast
    For 57 days (May 1, 2020, to June 26, 2020), he lived without consuming milk, curd, or cheese.

  4. Silence Fast

  5. Internet and Social Media Fast

    • From August 21 to September 20, 2023, he avoided YouTube to manage his online habits.
    • Since November 26, 2024, he has stopped using Facebook as part of a social media detox.
    • From 30-01-2025, He stopped all social media  Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, LinkedIn, and more for more social media detox. 
    • He started to stop watching online videos (except his own online tutorial videos through dashboard ) from 30-01-2025 to improve focus and productivity.
