Do you want to get rid of lust forever and want to walk in the path of celibacy without straying? So today I will show you the very direct way
1. Remember, sex can give momentary pleasure but cannot give happiness forever. This is an illusion and the path is craving. Remember, sex can give temporary pleasure but cannot give permanent Anand.
2. Remember that permanent happiness is different, it cannot be obtained from any object or person. That's why it cannot end and someone can snatch it from you.
3. Remember, if you could get permanent pleasure only in sex, then you would not be falling for it, you are in trouble because now you want freedom from this prison and only permanent happiness.
4. Remember that to get permanent happiness, you have to awaken the conscience within you that this body and this soul is different.
5. Remember, you can awaken this discretion in the form of disinterest by being a witness to mortal things. See which thing which is in nature is not perishable. Today it was a tree, yesterday it was cut. Today was a rough road. Yesterday that too ended and became a paved way. The child who was yesterday has become old today. Today the old man died. Everything is perishable, don't be attached to it.
6. You can become a witness of mortal things by knowing the truth.
7. Truth is that which does not change. Which doesn't get cut like a tree, doesn't get ripe like a rough road. The one who does not grow old after being a child. One who does not die of old age. Whatever was before nothing happened, will happen even after something happened.
8. Remember everything changes in our body from childhood to old age but one thing does not change. We have to know the same truth.
9. Remember, our waking up in the morning, the running of our blood, our breathing and the consciousness of our senses are proofs of the existence of that truth.
10. Remember, we live and die by his will. By his wish the fire burns and the rivers flow.
11. Remember, to know that truth it is necessary to experience that conscious Brahm.
12. One who can experience that Brahm can attain that supreme bliss.
13. Remember this truth is not in my words but you have to find it yourself.
14. Remember, I am going to show you the path, but it is your duty to go ahead of that path and attain that truth and happiness.
15. Remember, meditate on whatever God you believe in, you will get that bliss.
16. Remember body happiness and sex are not ultimate happiness, and the person is not the object of enjoyment. There is supreme happiness in knowing that soul which is the truth. There is ultimate happiness in knowing that God who is true and who does not get destroyed.
